It’s time to add up those numbers and see what you’re eating and what you could be eating.

You could eat this: 1 cup chicken salad made with 3 tbsp. mayonnaise on 2 slices whole-grain bread. 620 Calories, 41 Grams Fat

Or all this: A turkey sandwich (3 oz. turkey, lettuce, tomato, and 2 tsp. mustard on 2 slices whole-grain bread), plus a peach, a handful of chips and a small brownie. 620 Calories, 16 Grams Fat

The Lesson: Beware of chicken or tuna salad sandwiches–they’re often packed with fatty mayo.
