How Beyonce Stays Curvy Yet In Shape

Beyonce Knowles is known for her curvaceous body. It is important for her to stay in shape for her stage work as well as her film work. She sticks to a strict low calorie, low fat, and low carb diet. She eats alot of green vegetables and avoids red meat, bread, and alcohol.

Beyonce fits in exercise by dancing, running, and lifting light weights.

“I workout five times a week. I get up in the morning at around 8.30. I eat my cereal and I let it digest, then I do cardio for half an hour, followed by free weights for about 45 minutes.”

“Changing it up keeps me from being bored out of my mind. Plus, you burn more calories that way.”
