Full Service Restaurant Better Than Fast Food

A recent study suggests that dining at a sit down, full service restaurant is better than eating at a fast food restaurant.
In fact, it is believed that people who live near fast food restaurants tend to carry extra weight than those who live near full service restaurants. Also, the research suggests factors such as sitting down, taking time to eat, and focusing on food rather than eating in the a car or in a hurry is important in maintaining weight.
Of course, we can all gain weight at a full service restaurant if we order large portions and overeat. Remember to eat only until you are comfortable, not full or stuffed. It can be a great idea to share a meal with a friend in order to save some calories.
